Fistula-free Hemodialysis™

1. A first Tandem™ device (1) is percutaneously anastomosed to a vein and its access port is subcutaneously implanted.

2. A second Tandem™ device (2) is percutaneously anastomosed to an artery and its access port is subcutaneously implanted.

3. To perform fistula-free hemodialysis™ according to Dialyfix®:

a. The venous Tandem™ port is accessed and connected to the venous line of the hemodialysis machine.

b. The arterial Tandem™ port is accessed and connected to the arterial line of the hemodialysis machine.
